And sometimes if you don't have enough ushers at a concert, the fans will start to rush the stage and get hurt. This ultimately creates a problem because they can sue the owners of the stadium for heavy amounts of money. It's also important to have a large amount of ticket takers, because it creates a steady income of fans without any backed up lines.
